Your Tasks

• Supporting our customers with support requests as well as parameterizing their requirements
• Ensuring smooth operations
• Creating reports and evaluations using SQL as well as performing monthly and annual closings
• Technical analysis and resolution of issues in collaboration with development
• Participation in projects, specialist groups, and release tests

What You Bring

• Experience as an application manager, preferably in the banking or financial sector
• Solid SQL knowledge or willingness to acquire it independently with support
• You like to take responsibility and are also willing to work planned shifts outside office hours
• Your networked thinking, persistence, and analytical skills distinguish you
• Enjoyment of languages (D/E/F is an advantage)
