We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR team in Switzerland. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our daily HR activities and report to the Group CFO. Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, managing the full administrative employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
- Handle all HR administration tasks related to pension funds, tax-at-source, accident insurance, family allowances, reference letters, Swiss work permits, etc.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with the external payroll provider
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system
- Provide data for monthly, quarterly and annual HR budget reports in close collaboration with the Finance team
- Organize and maintain personnel files in compliance with legal and internal standards
- Support and contribute to HR projects and initiatives focused on employee engagement, talent development, and organizational improvement
- Stay informed on Swiss labour laws to ensure compliance in all HR practices
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through proactive HR support
What you bring
- Commercial education/apprenticeship with further education in HR (such as Swiss “Personalassistent*in, HR Fachausweis)
- 2+ years of working in operational Human Resources
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security topics and employment principles
- Excellent command of both English and German
