• You assist in the management of properties, prepare rental contracts for our tenants, and process apartment terminations
• You handle customer concerns and have regular telephone contact with prospective tenants, tenants, and craftsmen
• You help organise and conduct apartment viewings and handovers
• General administrative tasks such as mail processing also belong to your duties

Education
Completed compulsory schooling (at least lower secondary level or equivalent)

Languages

• German (fluent)
• French (good knowledge)
• English (good knowledge)
