Oeko Service GmbH is a non-profit company. We offer ecological services in the areas of building cleaning, caretaking, garden maintenance, logistics, and two-wheelers. We employ people with and without disabilities and train apprentices. Our company is CO2-neutral certified by Swiss Climate and ISO 9001 certified by the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS).
To strengthen our administration team, we are looking for a committed, independent, and flexible HR specialist with a federal specialist certificate with the additional function of vocational trainer for commercial apprentices, starting by arrangement.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- General personnel correspondence and administrative tasks in daily business
- Administrative processing of HR processes (entry/exit, changes)
- Issuing contracts and contract changes as well as work certificates and confirmations of employment
- Advising employees and managers on all HR matters
- Recruitment from advertisement to hiring
- Participation in the design and improvement of HR processes and HR projects
- Supporting the administration management in the care process
- First point of contact regarding personnel administration questions
- Telephone information for internal and external customers
- Accident and illness reports as well as changes
What you bring:
- Completed commercial training with further education as an HR specialist with a federal specialist certificate
- Several years of professional experience in operational HR processes
- Confident German and good PC user skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge of social insurances
- Solution-oriented with cross-departmental thinking
- Independent and structured working style and high social competence
- High commitment and precise, careful, and innovative working style
- Winning personality, team player, motivating, trustworthy, and reliable with a positive and respectful view of people
- Flexibility as well as good empathy and assertiveness
- Enjoyment in dealing with people from various professional groups
