Responsibilities

• Plan, award, organise and coordinate the work on our building construction projects in the canton of Fribourg
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality.
• Supervise teams on site and ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders (authorities, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.).
• Monitor the progress of the work and guarantee compliance with current safety standards.
• Manage the administrative, contractual and financial aspects of the sites, including site meetings, invoicing and budget monitoring.

You bring

• Civil engineering, architect or site management degree or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in site management (minimum 3 years) and in the construction field.
• Ability to manage several topics simultaneously.
• Good experience in TCE.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team player.
• Knowledge of current standards and regulations.
• Good knowledge of digital tools
• Rigor, organisation, flexibility, a good mindset
• Good command of German is a plus
