With our expertise, we successfully manage our clients' real estate portfolios. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Asset Manager (m/f/a) 80 - 100%. In this demanding hub function, you will take responsibility for several of our assets and associated projects.

Asset Manager (m/f/a) 80-100%

Your main tasks

• Responsibility for the asset and portfolio performance of the assigned properties and their projects
• Implementation of property strategies and optimisation of property performance from the perspective of a solid management strategy and maintenance planning
• Initiation, planning, assessment, monitoring, and control of investment proposals (renovations, conversions)
• Reduction of vacancies and proactive management of potential future vacancies
• Responsibility for the corresponding reports (legal cases, debtors, expiring leases, budget, property inventory, market rents, applications, etc.) 
• Responsible for the preparation of budgets at the property level
• Leadership and controlling of external/internal property managers, marketers, and trustees (renovations, new builds)
• Support of property inspections in the acquisition process 
• Execution of the budgeting process at asset and portfolio level
• Co-responsibility for the coordination of maintenance projects in the portfolio

Your profile

• You have a business administration education, ideally with additional training or further education in the real estate sector (CUREM, MScRE)
• You have at least 2-4 years of professional experience in asset or portfolio management as well as project management and possess solid fundamentals in the management of commercial and/or residential spaces
• You are familiar with legal basics, planning and approval processes, and are confident in negotiating lease agreements 
• As a team player with a strong service orientation, you can interact with different people and represent SPSS eloquently and professionally to various stakeholders
• You lead interdisciplinarily and with foresight and can assert yourself in a goal-oriented manner
• You think in options and your business-oriented, holistic thinking allows you to find good solutions for all stakeholders
• You continuously engage with topics in the areas of building law, economics, planning, and markets
