For our client in the canton of Basel-Stadt, we are looking for an immediate start:

Accounts Receivable Clerk (m/f/d) – temporary for 3–6 months

You will benefit from:

• A varied temporary assignment for 3–6 months

What to expect:

• Cleaning and updating accounts receivable master data
• Direct contact with customers regarding open questions
• Reconciliation of outstanding items and account statements
• Joint resolution of discrepancies with customers
• Review of service contracts
• Ensuring correct and complete data maintenance in the system
• Support with further administrative tasks in the accounts receivable area

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in accounts receivable or customer service
• Flawless German skills, both spoken and written
• French skills are an advantage
• Good IT user skills and confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Careful, structured and reliable working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
