Your tasks:
As a dispatcher for assembly, you plan and coordinate our assembly operations and ensure that all necessary resources are available at the right time and place. In doing so, you act as the central interface between project management, fitters, customers, and external partners, taking on the following responsibilities in particular:
Planning and allocation of our fitters, as well as coordination with subcontractors
Arranging customer appointments in consultation with project management
Organisation of material transports, tools and aids, as well as accommodation for assembly operations
Monitoring the performance recording of all fitters (working hours and expenses)
Management of the vehicle fleet
Support/representation for the service department
