The Electricity Distribution Management builds, maintains, and operates the electricity distribution network. Through the development of innovative offers, it ensures technological mastery of projects such as the realization of the smart grid or public lighting.

Mission:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as correspondence, telephone duties, meeting logistics, orders, and the preparation of various materials
- Monitor and invoice services in coordination with the relevant entities, applying Dynamics 365 standards for management, entry, and invoicing of services
- Actively participate in the improvement of internal processes
- Manage the physical and digital archiving of management documents
Profile:
- Commercial training
- Excellent command of French and German (oral and written), with strong writing skills
- Perfect proficiency with MS Office tools. Skills in Dynamics 365 are an asset
- Organized, autonomous personality with good interpersonal skills, a strong team spirit, and strong planning, synthesis, and reception abilities
