Manager Consulting, Training & Transformation (80–100%)

Your Role

• You develop business where trust is established. During ongoing mandates, you identify further needs, proactively make suggestions and build client relationships into long-term partnerships.
• You lead large and complex projects in transformation, leadership and organisational development, managing content, finances and client relationships.
• You act as a sparring partner for executive boards and leadership teams, convincing through quality, experience and clarity.
• You work both in teams and independently at the client site, quickly and confidently engaging in new mandates.
• You swiftly translate client concerns into convincing solutions, from transformation programmes to leadership training, and are responsible for proposals and calculations.
• You actively shape the further development of CTT: through internal initiatives, joint goal setting with OKR, and collaboration across Business Lines.

What Distinguishes You

• University degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources or a comparable field
• At least 7-10 years of experience in consulting, organisational development, change management or leadership development, including several years responsible for large projects or programmes
• Seniority, confidence and high quality standards in dealing with executive boards and supervisory boards
• Entrepreneurial drive, high motivation and enjoyment in developing client relationships and winning new mandates. Sales experience is a plus; crucial are your sensitivity to client needs and your initiative.
• Team spirit with personal responsibility and broad versatility across topics, clients and formats
• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
• High willingness to travel within Switzerland and flexibility
