Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the school complex and external locations as well as the personnel and professional management of the cleaning staff (currently 5 employees)
- You independently carry out minor repair work.
- You organise and participate in building cleaning.
- You are the contact and coordination point for usage concerns in the properties of your own area
- You actively participate in budgeting and are responsible for budget control in your own specialist area.
- Topic-related collaboration on conversions and new buildings, renovations, procurements
- You are the contact person for safety matters (fire protection, EKAS)
Your Profile
- You have a basic craft training (EFZ) and a qualification as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence.
- You bring several years of professional and leadership experience as a caretaker.
- You have good user knowledge of MS Office.
- You are a winning, team-oriented and service-minded personality with high social competence and assertiveness.
Work locations are the Utenberg and Unterlöchli school buildings
The employees of the Operations Management area ensure daily that the city-owned properties are clean, well maintained and reliably managed.
The approximately 200 employees of the Real Estate Department develop, plan, build, manage, maintain and operate around 600 municipal properties. With school and sports facilities, residential and commercial buildings as well as the council and town hall, the department makes an important contribution to a liveable city. Our work is as varied as our buildings are diverse.
