Your role:
- You are the first point of contact for our intermediary clients and competently support them across the full range of banking services – friendly, solution-oriented, and on equal footing
- With the goal of professional customer care, you work closely with our client advisors – from preparation to follow-up of client appointments, you actively contribute and ensure smooth process flow
- You take the lead in daily business – whether payment orders, account openings, custody management, or powers of attorney: you ensure efficient and correct processing
- You help shape things! In our continuous improvement process, you contribute your ideas to make our services, products, and processes even better
- Communication is key – both by phone and in writing, internally and externally. And always with the aim of providing the best possible support to our clients
Your education and experience:
- You have completed commercial training in the banking or fiduciary sectors
- You communicate flawlessly in German and English
- Avaloq experience is an advantage
