Your tasks

In this versatile role, you will independently plan, organise and lead demanding track construction projects.

• Management & organisation of construction sites in track construction
• Work preparation (AVOR), measurement and billing including post-calculation
• Leading personnel as well as scheduling machines and equipment
• Creation of construction programmes and hourly targets
• Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, quality and costs
• Close cooperation with the client, site management and employees

Your profile

• Completed basic training in the construction trade
• Previous professional experience as a construction manager in track construction desirable
• Willingness to manage complex and demanding construction projectsInterest in further training as a construction manager
• Flexibility regarding work assignments during nights and weekends
• Independent, communicative & organisationally strong personality
• You have assertiveness, are goal-oriented and communicative
• Possess good negotiation skills
• Driving licence category B
