Description
We are looking for our "CIVILS Works Management" division in Lausanne and/or Fribourg, particularly for a project in Bulle:
CIVILS Works Supervisor CVSER (M/F)
Your profile:
Engineering training in the building sector or Building techniques training, preferably complemented by higher education (HES/ES engineer, federal certificate/diploma or equivalent training)
At least 2/3 years of experience in works supervision ideally in CVSER or at least in one of these techniques, preferably in general/total contracting or works management
Interest in complex and/or large-scale projects in CVSER (industrial, hospital, etc.)
Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, ideally MS Project)
Good communication skills, collaborative spirit and mutual support
Adaptability, flexible, autonomous
Motivation and willingness to invest in the profession
Holder of a driving licence and mobile (presence on site)
BIM knowledge is an asset.
Your role:
Responsible for quality, costs and deadlines
Plan, coordinate and monitor the work of CVSER companies
Contractual and financial follow-up of CVSER companies
Responsible for compliance with safety rules on site
Organisation of receptions and technical commissioning, and clearance of reservations
