About the job
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strong leadership personality as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, who will strategically and operationally further develop our nursing and clinical services.
Your tasks
- Strategic and operational overall responsibility for nursing, operating theatre, emergency, obstetrics, day clinic, outpatient clinics, nursing home, paramedicine, training as well as scheduling and capacity management
- Leadership, promotion and further development of directly subordinate managers
- Further development of an effective performance and capacity management focusing on performance, quality, resources and cost-effectiveness
- Initiation and successful implementation of strategic projects, transformation and change processes
- Ensuring high quality of care, patient safety and economical service delivery
- Active participation in the strategic and operational further development of the hospital as well as strengthening interprofessional collaboration
Your profile
- Solid training in healthcare, for example in nursing or operating theatre, complemented by advanced training in management, leadership, organisational development or a comparable field
- Several years of strategic and operational leadership experience in an acute hospital or a comparable healthcare organisation
- Sound knowledge in nursing, operating theatre management, performance and/or capacity management
- Proven experience in the successful implementation of complex projects and change processes
- Entrepreneurial and networked thinking as well as a strong understanding of quality, cost-effectiveness and modern care models
- Decisive, communicative and appreciative leadership personality with a strong implementation focus
