This is what you can achieve.

• You independently assemble assemblies and complete components according to technical drawings, work instructions and quality specifications.
• The preparation, organisation and provision of materials as well as ensuring a smooth assembly process are part of your tasks.
• In the ERP system, you provide feedback and document work steps, inspections and relevant process steps.
• You carry out functional and quality checks and ensure that the products meet the high quality and safety requirements.
• You actively participate in Kaizen / continuous improvement topics and contribute ideas for the continuous improvement of processes, workflows and workplaces.
• You largely organise your work independently and contribute with your sense of responsibility to on-time production and delivery.

• You enjoy working in a team, are resilient, flexible and have strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
• You are characterised by a high willingness to learn and good powers of observation.
• You have completed an industrial-technical basic education with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ).
• A forklift licence is an advantage. Physical resilience is required.
• You are willing to support other areas such as CNC machining, sheet metal processing or other production departments if needed.
• You have good IT skills and German language skills at least at level B2.
