Service Advisor

What you can achieve

• Competent advice and support for our customers from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
• You ensure smooth order processing – from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
• You prepare cost estimates and assist with order preparation and billing of customer orders

What you bring

• You have a technical education in the automotive, agricultural machinery, or motorcycle trade
• Strong communication skills and good manners
• Customer- and service-oriented demeanour
• High team spirit and flexibility
