• You take over application responsibility for our internal core systems: Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Dynamics CRM.
• You ensure operational business and are the first point of contact for internal inquiries regarding these platforms.
• You develop new requirements and processes together with the departments and ensure their optimal implementation in our systems.
• You take over the technical support of Dynamics CRM, including interfaces and data flows.
• You analyze and optimize existing processes, also using Power BI evaluations.
• You work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure operation and further development.
• You actively shape the digitization and automation of our internal processes.

• Several years of experience in supporting Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Dynamics CRM.
• Knowledge of Power BI and interest in data-based decision-making foundations.
• Enjoy working with various departments and a good understanding of business processes.
• Analytical thinking, independent and structured working style.
• Good communication skills and a high quality awareness.
• German at native level, good English skills are an advantage.
