Lawyer: Environmental and Climate Law 60-100%

• Legal advice to companies and public institutions in the areas of:
  - Environmental law (contaminated sites, waste, water protection, emissions control law)
  - Climate protection law
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects with specialists from engineering, natural sciences and economics
• Preparation of expert reports, opinions, contracts as well as legal risk analyses (e.g. due diligence, compliance checks)
• Support of public law procedures and negotiations with authorities
• Conducting training and raising awareness of regulatory requirements
• Active participation in the further development of the Environmental and Climate Law department

• Completed law degree (MLaw or equivalent)
• Initial professional experience in environmental, planning or public law and/or bar admission advantageous
• Interest in technical and scientific issues
• Independent, structured and practice-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Very good German skills; good English and French
