For our team in Altendorf SZ, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced person who will competently, personally, and proactively support our clients as:

Mandate Manager in Fiduciary with Federal Certificate 60–100%

Your tasks:

• Independent management and support of fiduciary mandates
• Preparation and review of financial accounting
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Value-added tax returns
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Support and advice to our clients on business, tax, and fiduciary matters
• Accompanying and further developing our clients towards digital processes

You bring:

• Federal Certificate in Fiduciary or a comparable further education
• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services
• Experience in independently managing mandates
• Confident handling of financial and payroll accounting as well as annual financial statements
• Solid knowledge of Abacus
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• English is an advantage
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Interest in digital work processes and modern fiduciary solutions
