The Effingerhort above Holderbank AG is an institution of the Von Effinger Foundation for inpatient addiction therapy in the canton of Aargau. People with long-term alcohol or drug backgrounds who are impaired in health, psychologically, and socially are professionally supported with a low-threshold concept. In addition to the abstinence-oriented residential offers, we operate a specialised nursing home with controlled alcohol dispensing (kT55+).

To strengthen our night service, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH Night Shift (80–100 %)

Your tasks

• Care and support of our residents during the night
• Responsibility for the nursing process and professional documentation in EasyDOK
• Independent recognition and assessment of health, psychiatric and addiction-related changes
• Professional handling of crisis and emergency situations
• Promotion of safety, orientation and well-being during the night
• Collaboration with day services and the interdisciplinary team
• Participation in the further development of the night organisation
• Taking on on-call duties according to the deployment plan

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• Professional experience in psychiatry, addiction support and/or long-term care is an advantage
• Enjoyment of independent work and responsible decisions
• Willingness to take on on-call duties
• High professional, social and self-competence
• Resilient, solution-oriented and responsible personality
• Good IT user skills (EasyDOK is an advantage)
