To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH for the Psychiatry Department (60-100%)

Your versatile tasks

• You work in direct psychiatric nursing and create the care plan
• You carry out needs assessments using the InterRAI instrument
  (Costs for InterRAI training are covered by RegioSpitex Limmattal)
• You are responsible for planning and implementing the nursing process for your clients (case management)
• You support our clients and their relatives in crisis situations, during the reintegration process and in coping with everyday life
• You advise, accompany and empower employees involved in psychiatric nursing
• You promote interdisciplinary collaboration with external agencies and coordinate the corresponding services for your clients

Your competencies

• Certified nurse HF or equivalent qualification
• You must have professional experience as a nursing specialist in psychiatry
• You are an open-minded and flexible personality who enjoys engaging with people
• You bring good communication skills and confident use of mobile nursing documentation (smartphone)
• You think in a networked way, work independently and responsibly
• You actively participate in the development of nursing
