Head of Logistics (80-100%)

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for warehouse logistics, facility management, and vehicle fleet, including ensuring efficient and reliable operations
• Professional and personnel management of employees as well as responsibility for budget planning, cost control, and invoice approval
• Responsibility for operational procurement including demand planning, offer comparison, and order processing, as well as further development and documentation of logistics, procurement, and operational processes
• Planning, controlling, and implementing projects within your area of responsibility, as well as professional support in the preparation of political policy papers
• Responsibility for safety-relevant areas and processes, including occupational safety and health protection, as well as planning and coordination of safety measures at major events

Your Profile

• Completed training or further education in the technical or logistical field
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in facility management, logistics, and materials management
• Training in occupational safety and health protection as well as as a safety specialist for fire protection or willingness to complete this training
• Initial leadership experience and enthusiasm for leading and developing employees
• Organised and independent personality with a strong cost awareness, good IT user skills, and enthusiasm for process optimisation
