With nearly 1,100 employees, the Department of Psychiatry fulfils a triple mission concerning the treatment of mental disorders, education, and research. The department's mission is to detect and effectively treat increasingly frequent and diverse pathologies while respecting patients and their relatives.
Organised into six services, the department offers hospital, outpatient, and community care.
The adult psychiatry service is involved in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders in adults aged 18 to 65. Within outpatient and inpatient units, multidisciplinary teams provide comprehensive care, combining medical treatment, psychotherapy, and social support, in collaboration with external partners.
Job Description
In your role, you will offer psychological follow-ups as well as individual and group psychotherapies, managing the difficulties encountered by patients. You will develop tailored care plans and therapeutic and preventive interventions, contributing to comprehensive and proactive care.
Your activity is part of an interdisciplinary dynamic, working closely with multidisciplinary teams (psychiatrists, nurses, multiprofessional health workers, etc.) of the Integrated Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Outpatient Centre. As such, you actively participate in various meetings and clinical exchanges.
In all your activities, you ensure compliance with institutional guidelines, both in clinical follow-up and in the traceability of your services.
Qualifications
Holder of a Master’s degree in psychology (or an equivalent qualification), you possess a federal psychotherapist title or are engaged in advanced training towards obtaining it.
You have at least 2 years of experience in psychotherapy, which has allowed you to develop solid clinical skills and a rigorous, structured practice.
Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team, you actively contribute to the collective dynamic while demonstrating reliability and a strong sense of responsibility in your role.
You have proven clinical expertise in the field of recovery, including autonomous practice in facilitating voice-hearer groups.
You also have experience with an adult population presenting mental disorders, as well as confirmed experience in schizophrenia research.
Interested in research and the evolution of practices, you are committed to continuous development and updating of your skills.
