Welcoming Isabelle and advising her on her daily banking operations, advising Mehdi on the services available to facilitate his payments, or supporting Sarah in opening a youth savings account for her son … Every day you welcome, guide and advise customers as best as possible to meet their needs and simplify their banking experience.
You join a warm, supportive team and your manager will guide you throughout your journey to develop a high level of expertise recognised among our advisors
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
· Providing a warm and professional welcome to customers
· Helping customers manage their everyday banking operations and developing their autonomy by promoting digital services to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
· Offering advice by recommending products and services tailored to each customer's needs (savings accounts, cards, remote banking …), which will gradually allow you to build a portfolio of private customers
