Site Supervisor Ventilation (all)

Your Field of Activity

• As a ventilation system installer, you assist in the preparation and implementation of installation work in commercial, industrial and residential construction as well as for private customers. As a site supervisor, you additionally take on site organisation and coordination of the work.
• You ensure a smooth process within the installation team. In the supervisory role, you lead the team and schedule materials and tools according to construction progress and delivery deadlines.
• You assemble and install ventilation systems according to plans and technical drawings.
• You work with sheet metal and other materials, pre-assemble system parts in the workshop and ensure the professional insulation of ventilation ducts and pipes.
• You comply with safety regulations and quality standards. As a site supervisor, you ensure their implementation within the team and maintain the construction log.
• You provide expert advice to our customers and support the acceptance of the systems as well as the instruction of users.

Your Expertise

• You have completed training as a ventilation system installer EFZ. We are looking for both skilled workers for installation and professionals with experience in site supervision. Further training to become a chief installer is welcome but not a prerequisite.
• You bring good technical understanding, manual dexterity and spatial imagination and work carefully, efficiently and with quality awareness.
• You are a team player with initiative and take responsibility for your work. For the supervisory role, you additionally bring organisational skills and enjoyment in leading a team. Even if you want to develop in this direction, we look forward to your application.
• You communicate with customers, suppliers and service partners in a friendly and professional manner, have good spoken German skills and hold a category B driving licence.
