Responsibilities
- You lead projects to develop customised solutions in the field of railway technology and industry, such as railway heating, load banks, and other resistor applications. You are involved in all project phases from the idea to series production.
- Depending on the scope, you work in a team or independently on the projects for which you are responsible.
- You independently conduct test series and feasibility studies and document them.
- You prepare technical specifications, requirements and functional specifications, data sheets, operating instructions, taking into account customer regulations, applicable standards, and guidelines.
- You gather requirements on site at the customer and lead technical meetings.
- You perform fault analyses and develop pragmatic solutions.
- You support the technical sales department with complex technical queries (3rd-level support).
Requirements Profile
- You preferably have a basic electrical engineering education with further training as an electrical engineer FH or alternatively a mechanical engineering degree FH with many years of experience in electrical engineering or electromechanics.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager.
- You speak fluent German and can communicate well in English both orally and in writing.
- You enjoy working in small teams within an SME.
- You are creative and enjoy exploring new paths.
- You have a can-do attitude and want to make a difference.
