Assembly and Final Assembly

• Assembly of electronic (soldering) and mechanical components (precision mechanics)
• Final assembly of AFM/STM systems
• Conducting functional tests after assembly
• Ensuring clean, complete, and timely production

Calibration and Quality Inspection

• Calibration of AFM measurement heads and other relevant assemblies
• Performing quality inspections according to internal specifications
• Documenting test results and calibration data
• Technical support of the team in quality management

Process Improvement

• Continuous improvement of processes in production and assembly
• Identifying optimisation potential in quality, efficiency, and throughput time
• Contributing to the standardisation of workflows and documentation of processes

Development Opportunities & Additional Responsibilities

Depending on experience, interest, and personal development, there is the possibility to gradually take on further areas of responsibility, for example:

• Deputising for the Team Lead (personnel, deployment planning, order coordination)
• Maintaining and updating master data in the ERP system (SAP Business One)
• Creating and updating assembly and work instructions
• Feedback of production orders in the ERP system (quantities, times, status)

• You have completed a technical vocational training in mechanics, precision mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field
• You have experience in assembly, testing, or servicing of technical devices or precision systems
• You understand precision mechanical and electronic interrelations
• You have professional experience in quality management or quality inspection
• You have experience with ERP systems, ideally with SAP Business One
• You work in a structured, independent, and quality-oriented manner
• You have good German skills; English skills are an advantage
