Job Description

To strengthen our existing team, we are looking for a staff member for 20%, with the possibility of up to 40% during vacation absences or illness.

At the main reception, you act as the business card of Rosenklinik and the first contact person for inquiries of all kinds from internal and external sources. A customer-friendly representation of our specialized clinic is important to us. You are the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, business partners, and service providers.

Your tasks are:

• First contact person for patients, visitors, service providers, and suppliers
• Management of the telephone system
• Distribution of incoming mail
• Check-in and check-out of patients including collection
• Collaboration with internal gastronomy
• Various secretarial tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in clinic reception or similar customer-oriented reception areas is an advantage
• Cheerful, friendly, and positive interaction with people
• Neat appearance
• Responsible, resilient, and flexible personality
• Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts, no night shifts) and on weekends
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
