Who we are

You will support us in a fixed-term digitalisation project and help secure important client data for the future. After a thorough introduction, you will independently capture and digitalise data according to clear guidelines. With your work, you make an important contribution to the digitalisation of our processes and create a reliable basis for our daily work in the social sector.

Tasks

• Scanning of documents and client dossiers


• Structuring and correct naming of files


• Uploading documents into our digital client management system (RedLine)


• Quality control of the digitalised documents

Requirements

• Careful, structured and reliable working method


• Good computer skills and enjoyment of administrative tasks


• Quick comprehension in dealing with digital systems


• High concentration ability for repetitive tasks

• Very good German language skills
