About the job
Your Tasks
You take responsibility for the operation of the care software Perigon and easyDOK and ensure first- and second-level support. You coordinate and implement technical extensions of the care software, plan and carry out testing after service patches and updates, and ensure smooth operation. In doing so, you regularly check the IT processes and interfaces and continuously develop them further. In addition, you actively shape the interfaces between the various IT applications, train employees on new features of the care software, and accompany and support internal working groups and superusers in the field of care informatics. Furthermore, you take on first- and second-level support for the Lifestage software, contribute to its technical further development as well as to the IVF-Hartmann app, and support the ICT team in projects to further develop the entire ICT infrastructure.
Your Profile
- Completed training in the care sector
- Further education or solid experience in IT or application management
- Experience in home care or healthcare
- Knowledge in needs assessment (RAI) is an advantage
- Very good technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital solutions
- Analytical, networked and solution-oriented thinking
- Pedagogical skills as well as enjoyment in training and supporting employees
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- High service orientation and strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
