Introduction

Puras is an innovative and successful trading company in the healthcare market based in Bern and Sursee. Throughout Switzerland, we advise nursing homes and supply them with medical products as well as digital services – with the aim of simplifying processes and sustainably relieving care.

You support our team in order processing, customer service, and application support. With your reliable and structured way of working, you contribute to high service quality and smooth operations.

Your Tasks

• Advising our customers by telephone and email
• Processing customer orders and enquiries
• Creating comparison lists to support the sales field service
• First-level support for our web applications
• Participation in projects (e.g. process optimisation, introduction of new services)
• Close cooperation with external parties (e.g. logistics partners, health insurance companies)

Your Qualifications

• Commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
• Enjoyment in contact with customers and proactive collaboration
• You work independently and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Languages: German and French, Italian an advantage
