Technical Sales Administrator Internal Sales 80–100 %

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated individual for technical internal sales.

Your tasks

• Advising customers by phone and email
• Preparing quotations and processing orders
• Conducting technical clarifications with customers and suppliers
• Coordinating delivery dates and managing orders
• Supporting material management of gearboxes, motors and drive components
• General administrative tasks in internal sales

Your profile

• Technical basic training, e.g. automation technician, polymechanic or similar
• First experience in office or internal sales, commercial training is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and technical products
• Independent and reliable working style
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, French or English is an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage
