Head of KITA Bachtelen (50%)

Your area of responsibility:
In this responsible role, you will lead our four KITA locations with foresight, heart, and organizational talent. You will work with your team to further develop the pedagogical quality, plan new projects, and ensure an inspiring daily life for children and staff.
Specifically, this means:
- You take over the professional and operational management of the four KITA locations
- You further develop the quality and ensure its sustainability
- You work closely with the head of the early childhood area and the site managers
- You remain curious, reflect on your own actions, and continue your professional and personal development

- have a bachelor's degree in social pedagogy, social work, business administration, or a comparable field
- have experience in the KITA sector and possess a solid management training
- have a car or e-bike
