What does your daily routine look like?

You can expect a very varied training; no day is like the other! For the most part, you will perform basic care activities (support with personal hygiene, eating, mobility) and assist the residents in their daily lives. Tasks such as household chores are a large part of your training and are just as much a part of it as simple administrative tasks (keeping documentation, orders). You encourage the residents to participate in activities and stay by their side if needed. In all activities, you involve the resident and thus promote their independence and, consequently, their joy of life.
You work throughout the company with various professional sectors.

You have completed secondary school with good grades

You must be aware that weekend shifts are part of your training. The commute to the various educational partners (company, vocational school, inter-company courses) must be easily accessible for you by public transport.
