Your responsibilities:

As the first point of contact, you care for our patients during blood collection in the outpatient clinic, including function tests. In addition, the following tasks are part of your responsibilities:

• Assisting with the complete recording of laboratory orders
• Assisting with the archiving of completed laboratory orders
• Triage of all incoming calls
  

Your profile:

Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ and ideally already gained professional experience? Additionally, you identify with the following requirements:

• Basic medical understanding as well as familiarity with practice, clinic or laboratory processes are required
• Communicative with good German skills, any additional language is an advantage
• Willingness to work early, late and Saturday shifts
• Careful and structured way of working, motivation for independent work and high personal responsibility
• A sense of teamwork
