Tasks:

• You are responsible for the smooth running of the construction site
• You lead the plasterer team on site including work allocation
• Material recording and ordering, measurement and reporting are also part of your responsibilities.
• You are the contact person for various internal and external partners such as project managers, site managers and architects.
• You report directly to the project manager

Qualification

• A completed apprenticeship as a plasterer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) is an advantage or you have several years of experience in a comparable position.
• Very good and confident German skills in spoken and written form
• Driving licence category B is a must for this position
• You convince with your resilience and commitment as well as your goal-oriented approach
• Negotiation skills and natural assertiveness to lead your team optimally and set priorities correctly
