Your tasks

Maintenance and care of existing customers, explanation of our service offerings on site at the customer, managing customer enquiries, orders, returns and complaints
Checking and managing all important documents and punctuality for new deliveries
Close cooperation with internal interfaces and other Elis locations
Maintenance of our customer data in the CRM system
Looking beyond the horizon: participation in the continuous improvement of our customer service
