The Integration Office Region Baden advises and supports individuals, organizations, and administrative departments in Baden and the region on integration issues. We promote diverse coexistence and coordinate volunteer work in the area of integration and migration.

Your tasks
- Management and further development of the information and counseling area for migrants
- Consultation of groups, organizations, and administrative departments in the Baden region on integration-related questions and concerns
- Development and implementation of low-threshold short consultations in the sponsoring municipalities
- Development and implementation of informational events for migrants and professionals
- Responsibility for shaping and accompanying diverse coexistence in three assigned sponsoring municipalities, including networking of relevant actors
- Development, organization, and implementation of integration projects and events to promote coexistence together with local actors
- Collaboration on cross-departmental tasks within the team
Your profile
- University degree in social work
- Recognition as a practical trainer or willingness to obtain it
- Further training and/or professional experience in individual counseling or neighborhood and community development
- Strong interest in socio-political developments, especially in the migration area
- Basic knowledge of the Foreigners and Integration Act (AIG) is an advantage
- Migration experience is an advantage
- Very good organizational and administrative skills
- Fluency in oral and written expression; foreign language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work irregular hours in the evening or on weekends
