Our specialist shop with café stands for fresh bread, savoury snacks, fine patisserie and good coffee – now all that’s missing is you as a leader. Located directly at the busy St. Urs roundabout and just a few minutes’ walk from the RBS Biberist station, we work in a young, cheerful team looking forward to welcoming a new colleague.

What awaits you: 

• Serving and advising in the shop and café
• Leading the team
• Managing the branch according to concept and budget guidelines
• Organising and planning work shifts
• Implementing the HACCP hygiene concept
• Performing dishwashing and cleaning tasks

What you bring with you:

• Basic training as a retail specialist or restaurant specialist and solid experience in one of these areas
• First leadership experience and basic knowledge of baked goods
• Open leadership style, assertiveness in critical situations, fostering a supportive working culture within the team
• Efficient and motivating working style as well as willingness to take responsibility
• Flexibility regarding work shifts, as we are open 7 days a week
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact
