What to expect

You take over the internal first-level support for market applications and insurance-related issues
You analyze concerns, prioritize them, and coordinate the handover to second-level support (application management)
You actively participate in projects and contribute your practical knowledge
You continuously develop our internal knowledge database
You create and update system- and specialist-related documentation
You conduct internal training on systems and processes

What you bring

Commercial basic training (EFZ) or equivalent education
Ideally experience in the insurance industry (private customer business) and in the support area
High customer orientation and enjoyment in exchanging with different stakeholders
IT affinity and interest in digital applications
Independent and structured way of working
Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
Initiative and responsible action
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, Italian skills are an advantage
