What to expect
- Professional customer advice and ongoing support at a high level
- Development of customised insurance solutions in the MFF sector
- Preparation of submissions, offer comparisons and contract analyses
- Claims support in complex cases
- Direct contact with customers and insurers (written and personal) including on-site customer visits
- Support of customer advisors during demanding customer visits
What you bring
- Commercial basic training with an insurer or broker
- Professional further training in the insurance sector (specialist certificate, diploma, ARM) or business administration training desirable
- At least 3 years of professional experience with a multi-sector insurer or broker in the support of corporate clients
- In-depth knowledge in underwriting motor vehicle fleet insurance
- Native German speaker and good English skills
- Reliable, independent and responsible personality with a strong customer orientation
