As part of our strong development, we are recruiting a:

Operational Maintenance Manager

Main activities

• Manage and supervise the Operational Maintenance team by managing workload planning, training, activity prioritisation and supporting the activity,
• Maintain close collaboration with the Maintenance Methods team by aligning priorities and reporting field needs and constraints,
• Develop, deploy and oversee the preventive maintenance plan for production equipment, utilities (purified water, compressed air, HVAC),
• Ensure responsiveness of corrective maintenance in line with internal customer needs,
• Develop and manage the annual schedule of technical shutdowns in coordination with site support functions until the restart of production activities,
• Ensure customer satisfaction by gathering needs and feedback,
• Guarantee compliance of maintenance activities with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP/GDP requirements and applicable regulations,
• Coordinate external contractors, subcontractors and equipment suppliers related to the activity,
• Participate in improving the maintenance service in collaboration with the Maintenance Methods team.

Your profile

• University degree, EPF, HES, Higher Education or deemed equivalent,
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Maintenance,
• Proven experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device sector,
• Proven experience in team management,
• Strong service orientation and ability to resolve urgent issues,
• Fluent French and intermediate English.
