Your Contribution

Project Management & Customer Responsibility

• Overall responsibility for customer projects from order receipt to project completion
• Central contact person for the customer at project and management level
• Ensuring contractual implementation (scope, deadlines, costs, quality)
• Active stakeholder management in international project environments

Planning, Control and Reporting

• Creation and maintenance of project plans, milestones and budgets
• Management of deadlines, resources and costs including forecasts
• Identification, assessment and management of project risks and opportunities
• Regular project reporting to customer and internal management

Coordination of Internal and External Partners

• Leadership of the interdisciplinary project team
• Coordination of internal and external suppliers and partners worldwide

Change, Claim and Escalation Management

• Active claim and supplementary management
• Professional handling of deviations, escalations and conflicts

Your Skills and Talents

• Technical education (FH/ETH) with business management further training, preferably with project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI)
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience including at least:
  5 years as project manager of larger international projects and
  3 years of service or site experience
• Sound knowledge in contract, cost and risk management
• Organisational talent with strong customer orientation
• Intercultural competence and confident appearance at management level
• Willingness to travel abroad (approx. 30%)
• Fluent in German and English
