The role
In collaboration with our dynamic Project & Support Team, you will be in direct contact with our customers, ensuring that our systems function reliably and flawlessly at all times. The role offers exciting development opportunities and a varied daily routine between support, project work, and customer service.
Tasks
Handling support requests from our customers on-site or via remote access
Assisting with the technical implementation and introduction of new customer projects
Maintenance and further development of existing customer systems
Configuration of networks (LAN, WLAN, RTLS), servers, and communication systems
Setup and commissioning of end devices such as smartphones, telephones, and badges
Provision, preparation, and dispatch of systems and devices for customer projects
Conducting radio, WLAN, and GSM measurements
Participation in the 24/7 on-call service
On-site assignments at customers throughout Switzerland
Competencies
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, electrical fitter EFZ, electronics technician, automation technician, or comparable qualification
Affinity for modern technologies as well as interest in IT, network, and communication systems
Independent and structured working style
Customer- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
Teamwork skills and strong organisational ability
Adaptability in dealing with different professional groups and customers
Neat and professional appearance
Good German skills as well as English skills, French skills are an advantage
Driving licence category B
Responsibilities
Ensuring professional 1st and 2nd level support
Responsibility for the reliable functioning of installed customer systems
Support with installations, migrations, and commissioning on-site
Analysis and resolution of technical faults and system errors
Proper configuration and documentation of networks and systems
Independent planning and execution of customer deployments
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through competent support
Participation in the on-call and standby service to ensure operations
