To support our support department, we are looking for a

International Service Technician 100%
The family business HCH. KÜNDIG & CIE. AG, based in Rüti ZH, has existed for over 150 years and currently employs around 50 staff. Since 1972, the specialised department KÜNDIG CONTROL SYSTEMS has been developing and manufacturing measuring and control devices for blown film extrusion. Thanks to continuous technological advances through in-house developments, the company has become the world’s leading manufacturer in this field.

Main tasks:
• Support of international customers during commissioning, maintenance and technical queries
• Execution of on-site service assignments (approx. 50%, worldwide)
• Technical training of customer personnel (on-site & digital)
• Participation in trade fair appearances and support of sales & country representatives
• Preparation of technical documentation, layouts and schematics
• Feedback of service insights into product development

Requirements:
• Basic technical training, ideally as an electronics technician or similar
• High willingness to travel for worldwide service assignments (approx. 50% of working time)
• Very good German / English / Italian and Spanish skills in spoken and written form, additional languages advantageous
• Solution-oriented personality
• Independence & ability to work in a team
• Professional customer management
• Quick comprehension
• Flexible, resilient, efficient
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Open to learning new things
• Desired age: 25-35 years
