We produce and distribute high-quality and durable products, especially cloakroom systems made of metal and wood, sanitary partitions, shelving systems, transport trolleys, recycling stations, and ladders. Our customers include public authorities, care homes and hospitals, industrial and commercial enterprises, architects, and carpentry businesses.

Technical Sales Consultant in Internal Sales (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your profile

• Technical basic training, supplemented by commercial further education
• Experience in selling technical products, preferably in internal sales
• Very good German skills, good French skills mandatory
• Enjoy daily customer contact and solution-oriented work
• Structured, organised, and precise way of working
• Team player, communicative, and service-oriented

Your tasks

• Competent advice to our customers by phone and in writing
• Preparation of technical offers including clarification of all details
• Support of the field service in offer preparation and order processing
• Negotiation with clients in close coordination with the sales team
• Order entry, deadline monitoring, and support of order processing
• Ensuring high customer and service quality throughout the entire process
