Spitex Dulliken, Obergösgen, Starrkirch-Wil serves a catchment area of approximately 9,000 inhabitants. We offer services in the areas of assessment and consultation, basic and treatment care, domestic services, as well as meal delivery.
We are looking for an experienced, socially competent, and motivated individual to join us immediately or by arrangement as
Certified Nursing Specialist HF (60% - 90%)
Your tasks:
- Professional care of our clients
- Case management and responsibility for the care process
- Determination of care needs using InterRAI HC
- Implementation of medically prescribed measures
- Communication with relatives, internal and external agencies
What you bring to the position:
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
- Good communication skills and up-to-date IT user knowledge
- InterRAI HC knowledge is an advantage
- Professional and Spitex experience is an advantage
- Strong professional and social competence
- Independent, responsible, and flexible working style
- Driving licence category B with own car/e-bike
