This is what your job will be like
- You are responsible for managing the customer portfolio, the continuous commercial development of the customer relationship, and building long-term business relationships with key decision-makers
- As an enthusiastic and committed Account Manager, you ensure the satisfaction of your customers and the associated coordination of escalations and initiation of necessary measures
- As an articulate and solution-oriented negotiation partner, you are responsible for contract negotiations up to the successful conclusion of cross- and upselling offers for existing customers as well as their contract renewals
- With your solution-sales-affine personality, you professionally and comprehensively advise your customers on how business challenges can be addressed through the use of our services
- You lead the offer creation process and create great customer experiences through needs-oriented consulting as well as ensuring offer quality
- You are responsible for the business and account planning of your assigned portfolio (forecasting, reporting, final invoice check, and ensuring billing of services rendered) and organize customer events together with your team from the market area
What you should bring
- You have a successful degree in (business) computer science or sales
- You already have several years of experience as a (key) account manager with technical ICT knowledge
- You are enthusiastic about us and our services and can infect our customers with the Netrics fever
- As a communicative, trustworthy, committed, and service-oriented person, you create great experiences for existing and new customers
- You speak fluent German and have good English skills
- You are a service-oriented, resilient, and entrepreneurial-thinking personality
- You have the ability to translate and explain complex services understandably to the customer
- You possess a category B driving license
