About the job

You see what needs to be done and get stuck in! The work in the Technical Service is characterised by a variety of tasks and lively customer contact. You acquire broad know-how and learn manual skills. The Technical Service of APPISBERG maintains buildings and surroundings on the company premises and additionally carries out property maintenance for external residential properties.

Activities
• Maintain technical systems, for example heating and sanitary systems
• Care for and clean buildings
• Maintain squares, paths and green areas
• Various maintenance tasks, e.g. replacing light bulbs, changing window seals, carrying out minor repairs and painting work
• Snow clearance work

Training
Specialist in Facility Maintenance EFZ • 3 years
Maintenance Practitioner EBA • 2 years
